What file formats do you accept for printing?

We recommend uploading high-resolution PDF files for the best results. However, we also accept .JPEG, .PNG, .TIFF, and .AI formats, provided they meet our minimum 300 DPI requirement.

How long does it take to process my order?

Standard production time is 2-4 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via your selected delivery method. Expedited 'Rush' processing is available at checkout.

Can I request a physical proof before my full order is printed?

Yes, we offer physical proofing for a small fee to ensure colors and paper stock meet your expectations. Alternatively, a digital PDF proof is provided for free with every order.

What is your return policy for custom printed items?

Because custom products are manufactured to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns for user errors such as typos or low-resolution images. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large volume orders?

Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing on all products; the more you order, the lower the price per unit. For quantities exceeding 5,000 units, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
