At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every print; however, if your order does not meet our quality standards, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed products are eligible for return if they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup; ensure you retain the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the returned prints, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
